UMW Air filters are selected according to compressor model, power and working pressure. Instead of using a fixed filter configuration for all machines, UMW Air matches the filtration system with the actual compressor structure and operating conditions.
For systems with an operating pressure of 10 bar or less, three-stage filtration is sufficient; for systems with pressures exceeding 10 bar, five-stage filtration is employed to enhance the removal of oil, water, and particulates.

3-stage filtration is used for compressor systems at 10 bar or below. 5-stage filtration is used for systems above 10 bar or applications requiring cleaner compressed air.

The replacement cycle depends on operating hours, air quality and pressure drop. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 3,000–4,000 hours or when the pressure drop exceeds 0.35 bar.
